  • The husband and wife couple, Glenn and Naad are the faces behind Le Vieux Taco.

    Glenn has always been passionate about cooking. After graduating from culinary school, fresh with his diploma in hand; went on to work with some of the top rated chefs in the country; namely Jacques Maxima, Mr. Mazzo and Mr. Berman, in various high-end establishments (Loews Monte Carlo 4 star luxury hotel, Eden Casino of Juan-les-Pins, the Hilton International at Manchester Airport, etc.) which gave him a chance to practice his passion for cooking all while traveling across Europe.

    Born in Ghana and raised in America, Naad now calls France her home. She draws on the cuisine and experiences from all three places for inspriation. Her curious nature and natural ability to relate to people are a welcome addition to complete the team.

    With a shared work ethic and common goals, the pair are turning their dreams into a reality.

  • Our concept of making a good burger is based on using high quality ingredients, prepared by hand on a daily basis and in an ethical manner.

    We use fresh and natural ingredients of superior quality (AOC, AOP, Label Rouge or organic) and opt for local products. The beef is guaranteed French grade and domestically bred.

    We rely on locals business for all services (accounting, banking, insurance, communication agency etc.) in order to economically stimulate the community.

    We participate in a recycling program for our used cooking oil and use recycled and recyclable packing whenever possible in efforts to be more environmentally responsible and hope to expand upon this concept in many ways, for example by cultivating our own organic herb garden.
